Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 Leaks Hit New Level With Official Images, Colors https://megamultiplier777.org/galaxy-z-fold-6-and-flip-6-leaks-hit-new-level-with-official-images-colors/ https://megamultiplier777.org/galaxy-z-fold-6-and-flip-6-leaks-hit-new-level-with-official-images-colors/#respond Mon, 01 Jul 2024 11:31:47 +0000 https://megamultiplier777.org/?p=72371

Samsung’s new foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6, are arriving officially on July 10. Before we get there, as is usually the case for Samsung launches, we’ll know everything. In a fresh leak today, we’re getting official looks at both devices in all standard colors, because a retailer slipped up and posted them like they always do.

The folks at Winfuture spotted the listing and then shared the images for the world to see. We get the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in 3 colors, while the Galaxy Z Flip 6 should launch in at least 4 colors. Keep in mind that Samsung likes to sell exclusive online colors too, typically available only directly from Samsung. We don’t yet know what those colors will be.

Did you reserve your Galaxy Fold 6 yet? Do it here.

GALAXY Z FOLD 6 COLORS: We don’t have official names for this first set of colors on the Fold 6, but it’s looking like a titanium metallic, a straight-up pink, and then a darkish blue or purple. All can be seen below, so feel free to name them as you think Samsung would.

If I had a favorite, it’s probably the titanium metallic, mostly because that darker shade of blueish purple would just be too dark for the long haul. I think I’d get sick of it. As for the pink, well, pink lovers can enjoy that one.

GALAXY Z FLIP 6 COLORS: Now, for the Flip 6, Samsung appears to be having more fun. We have light blue, a minty green, a bright yellow, and then a standard titanium color. All are pretty great, and that yellow is really calling to me just for the fun factor.

It’s interesting to see that mint green, though, as Google has recently adopted that color. Someone in a marketing firm decided that mint green would be the it color of the year it seems.

Galaxy Z Flip 6 - Official Colors

And that’s it here, friends. Colors!

Be sure to reserve your Galaxy Fold 6 or Galaxy Flip 6 and catch a free $50.

MLS Season Pass drops price again, to $49 for the rest of the season https://megamultiplier777.org/mls-season-pass-drops-price-again-to-49-for-the-rest-of-the-season/ https://megamultiplier777.org/mls-season-pass-drops-price-again-to-49-for-the-rest-of-the-season/#respond Mon, 01 Jul 2024 10:21:24 +0000 https://megamultiplier777.org/?p=72368

Apple today announced that it’s reduced the cost of a subscription to MLS Season Pass to $49 for the rest of the 2024 season. That’s down from the original price of $99 at the start of the season. (And it hit $69 at the end of April.) And if you’re also subscribed to Apple TV+, that price drops even further, to $39 for the rest of the season.

In addition to all the regular-season MLS games, you’ll get MLS All-Star events and the second-annual Leagues Cup event (which pits MLS clubs against the best from Mexico’s Liga MX). The top three from that 77-match tournament will find themselves in the Concacaf Champions Cup.

And the price drop comes just in time for the El Trafico match on July 4 — that’s LA Galaxy vs. LAFC at the Rose Bowl. Last year’s game had a record 82,110 fans in attendance.

MLS Season Pass matches are available in English and Spanish. And if you can’t stand to watch just one game, MLS 360 is a whiparound show that brings you the top plays and goals from all the games, as they’re taking place. (It’s also available in English and Spanish.)

And MLS proper is just the tip of the iceberg. A subscription also gets you access to MLS NEXT Pro and MLS NEXT, so you can see the up-and-comers who will constitute the league in future years.

MLS Season Pass is exclusively on Apple TV (the app), which is available on all Apple devices, as well as on pretty much every other modern streaming platform. That includes Roku and Amazon Fire TV, Google TV and Android TV, various smart TVs, and in a web browser.

Can You Run Hot Water Through A Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer? https://megamultiplier777.org/can-you-run-hot-water-through-a-ryobi-electric-pressure-washer/ https://megamultiplier777.org/can-you-run-hot-water-through-a-ryobi-electric-pressure-washer/#respond Mon, 01 Jul 2024 10:19:23 +0000 https://megamultiplier777.org/?p=72365

Tempting though it may be to use hot water with your pressure washer, Ryobi cautions against using hot water. In the user manuals for several of its pressure washers, it states to “NEVER use hot water or water from pools, lakes, etc.” In fact, most Ryobi pressure washers are listed specifically as cold water at Home Depot and other retailers. Though it doesn’t explain why that’s a bad idea, it’s always best to follow the manual. Particularly when it comes to extreme temperatures and using a piece of equipment like a pressure washer.

Pressure washer manufacturer Hotsy also cautions against using water that’s too hot, explaining that some hardware is not designed for it. And that using water that’s significantly hotter than the system is intended to handle could lead to damage like overheating or melted seals. This can lead to the pressure washer leaking at one or more connection points, losing pressure, or ceasing to function entirely. So unless you know for certain that the washer can handle hot water (again, check the manual first), keep things cold.

Sad to say, but I got scammed by a win-back offer https://megamultiplier777.org/sad-to-say-but-i-got-scammed-by-a-win-back-offer/ https://megamultiplier777.org/sad-to-say-but-i-got-scammed-by-a-win-back-offer/#respond Mon, 01 Jul 2024 10:15:21 +0000 https://megamultiplier777.org/?p=72362

Yep, it happened to me. I know better, but I was in a vulnerable place (over my data cap) and the promise of a good deal got me. Here’s what happened.

During one of my last press trips to the U.S. I accidentally watched a 40GB 4K movie over Plex on my mobile hotspot, and by day two of the trip, I was over my 50GB data limit and stuck using throttled speeds. I was able to make it with an eSIM I bought from Airalo, but at the end of the day I wasn’t happy since I knew when I got back to Canada, I’d still be out of data for another two and a half weeks.

Then, on the last day of the trip, a few hours before my flight, I got a call from someone claiming to be with Rogers’ win-back department. The conversation was a little sketchy, but I switch plans via win-back deals often and it always feels a little sketchy, so I decided to press onwards.

It started out nice enough, with the person asking what my current plan was and then making a counteroffer of basically the same plan at a lower price. For me, this was 100GB of Canada-U.S data for $37.

Things started to go south when the person on the phone asked for my personal information but didn’t transfer me to a secure line or send a link to a secure site for me to input it. During this process I gave up my address, driver’s licence number and credit card info (including the three-digit code on the back, which I learned after is not needed for a credit check).

By the end of that exchange I was getting really paranoid so I asked for the person’s employee number and the deal number, and to my surprise, they gave me those numbers, but then they told me another person would call me in a few days to let me know how to get my SIM card. Since I’d already given them my address, this felt really strange.

So I get off the phone with them, use the RBC app to put a pause on my credit card and contact Rogers proper to see if the employee number or deal number I was given were in their system. The first person I talked to was unable to find them and told me that I was most likely caught in a scam. From there, he set up a call with someone higher up at Roger’s who should be able to verify beyond a doubt if it was a scam or not.

A few days later, they call me to say that, as far as they can tell, it was a scam call. However, for my troubles, he offers me the same deal as the scammer and then tells me that someone from the win-back department will reach out to me. A day later they do, but they don’t offer me the deal and instead question me about an attempted purchase of an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I assume the scammer is the person behind this but since I’d canceled my credit card at this point, the deal didn’t go through. At the end of this call I was offered a different phone deal that was more expensive than my current Freedom Plan so I decided that I was just going to leave it at that and move on.

Overall, this was a pretty brutal experience and while I knew better, it just goes to show that anyone can be the victim of a scam. Make sure you can verify that the person calling you actually works for the company they say you do and to never give out your credit card numbers over the phone.

Samsung Keeps Tempting With $870 Off Galaxy S24 Ultra https://megamultiplier777.org/samsung-keeps-tempting-with-870-off-galaxy-s24-ultra/ https://megamultiplier777.org/samsung-keeps-tempting-with-870-off-galaxy-s24-ultra/#respond Mon, 01 Jul 2024 10:13:07 +0000 https://megamultiplier777.org/?p=72360

I know that the only thing most of the tech world can think about at the moment is the Galaxy Z Fold 6, which should be here in a couple of weeks, but Samsung keeps running back this same incredible Galaxy S24 Ultra deal. They really want you to save up to $750 with a trade-in, plus they’ll give you a free upgrade in storage to 512GB. It’s crazy that they are still running this deal still.

Before you go further, though, think about the free reservation (sign-up here) for the Galaxy Fold 6 you can sign-up for. It gets you $50 to spend toward your Fold 6 purchase and is absolutely no commitment.

$750 OFF S24 ULTRA: OK, so we’ve talked about this deal enough that I’m sure most of you get it. Samsung will slap $750 off the Galaxy S24 Ultra if you have a Galaxy S23 Ultra to trade-in. That’s an instant discount that comes off the price today.

Don’t have an S23 Ultra? The Galaxy S22 Ultra and S23+ will get you $600, plus the (ancient) Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold 5 will all get you $550 too. There are still good values to be had for your trade-in. Even a Galaxy Note 8 is worth $200.

FREE DOUBLE STORAGE: The other part of this deal is the free double storage upgrade. Instead of 256GB, you’ll get 512GB for the same price, which is a $120 value. The more storage the better, right? Especially when you buy a phone like this that will get support for so many years.

OK, that’s it. Go get one. Or reserve the Fold 6 and wait for it.

5 Things To Consider When Purchasing Classic Car Insurance https://megamultiplier777.org/5-things-to-consider-when-purchasing-classic-car-insurance/ https://megamultiplier777.org/5-things-to-consider-when-purchasing-classic-car-insurance/#respond Mon, 01 Jul 2024 10:12:16 +0000 https://megamultiplier777.org/?p=72357

In addition to driving carefully, and rarely, on the road, you’ll need to take care of your car when it’s not being driven too. As well as on-road limitations, some other activities are barred. Racing is generally a big no-no because of the risks involved. So if you want to take your classic on a track, rally with it, or take part in something like a hill climb, you should probably look for a different category of insurance.

Some policies may stipulate that vehicles should be garaged when not in use. Said garage may have to be climate-controlled, but at the very least, it should be fully enclosed and capable of shielding your vehicle from the elements. This serves a couple of purposes. Older vehicles might lack rust and paint protections, parts may also suffer if you leave the vehicle outside. While rust and weather damage may not seem like something an auto insurance policy would generally cover, some policies will pay out under certain circumstances. These can include accidents and natural disasters, and the exact terms will be laid out in your policy. One thing is for certain though, storing your vehicle negligently has a good chance of invalidating a claim.

Some older cars are also far easier to steal. They may predate immobilizers or feature an ignition cylinder that’s either easily bypassed or so worn that the car can be started with something like a flathead screwdriver. Either way, a garage helps. If you’re taking your classic on the road for whatever reason, then secure parking is likely a necessity for any overnight stays.
